Techoxy-3 is a two component epoxy resin based waterproofing compound. One part is consisting of epoxyresin and the other part with curing agent. After mixing both the parts it can be thinned down with water. Itpossesses all the attributes of normal solvent based epoxy compositions such as excellent water and chemicalresistance, adhesion, hardness, toughness and mechanical strength. One of the major advantage of Techoxy-3over solvent based epoxy is that it can be applied on damp surface also. Being free from solvents, it does notpose any health hazard to the applicator. Techoxy-3 is completely, consentient & economical to apply.

TAR O THANE 2 is a two component, high quality purified coal tar and polyurethane polymer based idealwaterproofing compound. It stops leakages through porous substrates and lasts for longer period than plainbituminous compounds. It is easy to apply and economical than multilayer bituminous felts. After curing, itforms an impervious, tough, waterproof and weather durable membrane. Though black in colour, it does notmelt like bitumen due to the sun heat. Unlike tar which needs to be applied year after year, Tar O thane 2 lastsfor longer. Once applied, one need not worry about leakages for years to come.
